Oswaldo Araujo
Real Estate Development Director

An Architect with a graduate degree in Financial Management and Real Estate Law from PUC/RJ, and an MBA in Business Management from FGV/RJ, Oswaldo has more than 40 years of experience in the real estate market with the largest companies in Brazil, both as an investor or as a developer.
Deep knowledge in real estate product development, responsible for planning and managing hundreds of residential and commercial developments, shopping malls, hotels, and apart-hotels, developments, and marinas.
He worked at Encol S.A. Commercial Director in Rio, São Paulo, and Brasília for 10 years in charge of product, marketing, sales, and customer service.
For 6 years he was Commercial Director at AC Lobato/ Atlântica Empreendimentos, developing residential projects for the upper and upper middle class, marinas, lots of developments, and shopping centers.
He structured and operated his own real estate development company, JB Incoporações, for 4 years with 8 projects developed.
For 12 years he was Regional Director of Via Engenharia, a real estate development and construction company operating throughout Brazil, in charge of the entire operation in Rio de Janeiro state, with significant growth and success and more than 25 delivered projects, totaling more than 3.000 residential units.
Living in Lisbon since 2018, he has been developing real estate projects mainly for investors from Brazil and the United States.

Ranyeri Xavier
Financial & Administrative Director

Ranyeri has more than 25 years of experience as a director in consulting and business management companies, with specialization in the financial area.
He is an accountant with graduate degrees (MBA) in managerial accounting and finance, both from UFRN, as well as an extension course in advanced finance at LSE (London).
For 12 years he was the CFO for the Brazilian arm of a British asset management company, with +$100 million in foreign investments in the real estate market in Brazil, through private equity (FIP) and FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) fund structures.
In parallel, he held important positions as a Board Member of a developer invested by the FIPs and as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee for the same company, as well as a member of the Investment Committee of the two FIPs under his management.
More importantly, his work involved participation starting with the choice of assets to be invested, to subscription of FIPs and investment structure abroad (with support from attorneys/specialized consultants), financial and operational control of funds, writing reports for shareholders (asset management company) and international investors, coordination of outsourced valuation teams (always "Big 4"), custodians and lawyers, as well as direct participation and support in various negotiations.
Ranyeri has been in Portugal since 2018, and continues to provide consulting in M&A, both connected or not to the real estate market, involving Brazilian and Portuguese companies.

Claudia Tacques
Real Estate Projects Director
A professional with more than 15 years of experience in developing architectural and interior projects for the medium and high-income real estate market and commercial spaces, for several interior architecture firms.
She has coordinated store design, rehabilitation and building projects in shopping malls, in charge of food franchise stores projects in Brazil.
Responsible for the development and setting commercial strategy, and management of the teams involved in the projects for companies such as Gafisa, Even and RJZ Cyrela.
She owned a school that provided training to more than 500 construction professionals.
Analytical, strategic profile, with strong leadership and team management skills.
Architect with training in Finance and Human Resources Management from IBMEC /RJ, with MBA in Marketing from FGV/RJ, she has been living in Lisbon since 2018.

Alexandre Mangabeira
Real Estate Development

Alexandre Mangabeira has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP), with an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP) and the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM).
Professional with over 20 years in the real estate market, with experience in large publicly traded companies, where he served in Management and Presidency positions.
He began his career at Tecnisa S.A, where he spent his first 11 years, working in various technical and incorporation areas.
In 2014, he joined as Executive Director for the real estate arm of the Rodobens group (RNI – Rodobens Negócios Imobiliários), having taken over as President 4 years after joining, where he was responsible for restructuring the company and resuming launches.
In 2020, he returned to Tecnisa SA, during which time he worked for 2 years to structure the new board and new sales area.
In Portugal for 2 years, he worked during this period as CEO of Rio Capital, having been responsible for the acquisition and management of 8 projects in the residential, accommodation (hotel, student living, co-living, and senior-living) and commercial segments.
At HDG Portugal he is responsible for managing new projects and structuring the deals.
